Versatile Office & Storage had humble beginnings over 30 years ago in Saratoga Springs where Richard Woodcock started the company as it was. Recently, Rick & his family made the decision to find a company to take over the operation including the storage containers & office

trailers. It was important that the company was local & family owned to continue the long lasting & strong relationships that had been built. In 2015 the Verdi family decided to make a solid commitment to the capital district & purchase Versatile products & open a facility in the capital area to help provide top notch service to the local community. From here, we have taken things to the next level. Our team is dedicated to serving the Capital District with professional products and service. We don’t have a call center where you have to press 1 for this and 2 for that. You will speak to a real person who understands the area as well as the importance of providing you with the right modular space for the situation. Our experienced team of carpenters have worked hard at making sure our office trailers are top notch. Much like hair dye, anti aging creams, and new wardrobes, we have rejuvenated the fleet to bring the quality and look up to par. From the floors, walls, & roof to the desktops & plan tables, our team has provided you with a clean, professional workspace for any environment. Last but not least by any means, our delivery specialists will bring your temporary office space to your site and place it where you need it to go. They will level the unit making it a safe and sturdy so you don’t get the feel of being in a mobile office space.
